I bought a 2010 Audi A4 with over 127k miles. If you were to buy this vehicle at a typical dealership, it would be sold as-is but Hinkle offers 6 months or 6000 miles of powertrain warranty, which is outstanding! Especially when they stand behind it!
Shortly after buying the car, there was an issue with a couple fuel injectors so Hinkle replaced them all free of charge! They started working on it Monday and I had my car back by Wednesday morning. These guys truly care about their customers. I really couldn’t ask for a better experience! Thank you Chris and Bethany (and Chris’ brother)!

Bethany was AMAZING! Very friendly, professional and genuine. She was so patient with another overbearing customer and is truly a natural at her job. I highly recommend Hinkle if purchasing a car. Fair prices and the cars are very clean. They answer any question you have and spend as much time with you as needed. If I could give them 100 stars I would.

If there is anyone who loves their car business more than Hinkle, I call you a liar. These people are as best as it can get. Don't buy into the negative comments above or below. Hands down, customer always first. Remember that a used car business can be tough. You never know the previous owner but these people will go to Hell and back to make things right if a car doesn't turn out as planned. #1 recommended Used car dealer in Iowa for sure.

bought a car from them and a month later its about to blow up. not to mention the missing bolts under the hood and check engine light not working. not pleased with my experience.update on the situation. car was taken back to dealership and repaired for the first time with giving me a loaner and i was somewhat pleased with the experience. after getting the car back the check engine light came back on before making it home. at this point they already knew what was wrong and didnt want to look at anything until the parts that they didnt order the first time arrived. after the parts arrived they took the car again without giving me a loaner leaving me without a car. got the car back again and check engine light is back on again after my first drive with the car. now being told no more repairs will be done to the vehicle. dealership has been very unprofessional this entire time and i would not recommend anybody go there.

Our vehicle shopping was intense. We looked at several places in bigger cities for a car. We happened to be driving by Hinkle Auto sales on our way home and decided to stop and look. That was the best decision we made!! Not only do they have a nice selection of vehicles but they have great prices too!! Bethany and her husband have been a pleasure to work with and have great communication!! I would recommend Hinkle Auto Sales to anyone and plan on purchasing more vehicles from them in the future.
