“There was an elderly woman ahead of me at the pharmacy. Her Dr had not called in a prescription she needed. Kelsey the pharmacist asked her if she was out, which she was, and offered to send a couple home with her to get her by. That is absolutely hands down the BEST customer service! CVS is so blessed to have Kelsey, she is kind and caring to people. Really means a lot.”
