Brenda S. is our loan officer & has always been helpful, kind, quick to respond, knowledgeable, processes all docs & closes expediently without a bunch of extra hassle. After banking with UBI and dealing with their upper management/lenders we are glad to be with IA SB. The level of customer care, attention, desire to not only work with but retain customers does not even compare to the higher levels received from Iowa State Bank. I forgot what the good old days of small hometown banking was like until we moved our accounts and services to IA SB. We primarily do most transactions at the Odebolt Branch but have found other branches also superb.”
