Went to Knoxville location to buy a riding mower.was greeting by someone who new absolutely nothing .I was givin a card to call.I called and talked to Nate ,told him what I was lookin for.I was told I would receive a call the next morning. That was a week ago and still have not received a call.

My John Deere dealer of choice. Service dept is headed by Tom who helps the DIY farmer diagnose problems and determine when to turn it over to the pros. Darren in sales is knowledgeable and friendly.
