Best auto repair choice around! I came all the way from Windsor Heights after my dad (who’s a diesel mechanic) and I couldn’t figure out what was making my equinox scream. Luke and his team took the time to check everything out and talk with me about any options I had. If I could make everybody hear an ad for him as many times a day the radio replays their songs I would. Agabatrillion stars!!!!!⭐️??*️⃣⬆️ original post⬆️I started reading the other reviews and wanted to say ditto with great timing with getting it in the shop and having it leave the shop, I saw his family there with him and just seem almost fairytale, his pricing is beyond reasonable for the time and effort that’s given to each vehicle, and almost honest to a fault. You really get that family feel when dealing with them. I would truly recommend anybody with car troubles to reach out and see how he can help you out.

Took my car in for the first time to get an oil change The pricing was reasonable, and Luke is open and honest, and gets the job done in a timely manner also told me of a few other issues I needed to take care of and got me in right away. I would highly recommend taking your auto needs to Red Rock Towing and Service .

I have recommended Red Rock Towing twice and both times the customers have been very very happy with the way things went. He got them in in timely manners. Sooner then he said he could, fair pricing and great for the amount of work he’s done. He’s very friendly and very honest. We will continue to take our business there and recommend to others.

Had them replace the water pump in my 2013 F150 with the 3.5L in it. Luke got it in sooner than he projected and on top of an extensive inspection of the rest of the truck. His knowledge and experience was worth the cost and it was outrageous. If you need work this is the place to go.

Had a misfire I'd been trying to fix on my own but eventually caved and called around to professionals. Red Rock Towing was the first able to get me in to look at it so I dropped the car off and had a quick chat about the issue and what I've already tried. Over the next day or two they sent me updates as they found issues causing the misfire and eventually an update saying it was all fixed! They even showed some extra work they had done to prevent the same issue from happening in the future. A month or so later and the misfire has not returned. Very professional, very fast, very satisfied with the results. Prices seemed good but I typically do my own maintenance so I have nothing to compare against. I will be calling here first if I need more repairs or maintenance.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I was referred by Klines BP in Knoxville. I called about 9:30 in the morning and got in within an hour. The young people running this business or delightful. They were very kind and changed my oil quickly. I will be back.

I gave it a five star review because Luke is the only mechanic I trust enough to work on my vehicles and I will literally drive an hour just for him to work on my vehicles. He is so amazing his family is amazing and what they do and encourage and help pursue each other's dreams and this really shows with how they're running their business and I am so lucky I can stay a customer for him and help him grow because he's does such an amazing work. Please give him a chance he is such an amazing person and his family are so great and they do everything so honestly and will work really hard to make sure everything is done right and proper. Any other mechanics I went to screwed up my vehicle so bad that I had to buy new vehicle. Luke I trust him so much and with me driving in an hour should show to you guys who are reviewing these reviews that he is worth it to fix any vehicle.

I took my SUV to Luke back in March for a radiator flush after having other repairs done, he was great to work with, and my SUV back to me earlier than he anticipated which I was grateful for! If you are looking for an honest mechanic who doesn’t treat you like just another customer coming through the doors and leaving, then Luke is your guy, he treats you like a friend and will even sit there and banter and joke back and forth with you while he’s working! Absolutely amazing service. Where do I start? They went above and beyond to get me down the road in time for a 600 mile trip with a 30' boat. Have an F350 that developed the elusive but we'll known death wobble. He didn't give up until he had it figured out. They went well out of their way driving 5 hours on a Friday afternoon to get a part that unexpectedly broke during the repair. He did this on his dime. The prices were extremely reasonable for the level of service I recieved. I will never go to another shop after this experience. A++
