Always have a good experience. I've stopped in several times when my "check engine" lights have come on. They've always been very kind running the diagnostic and resetting the computer. Needed new wipers earlier this week. Sadie was so nice. She showed me my options, wasn't pushy and they installed them for me. Will definitely be doing more business with them.

I’m not an expert on cars and parts but wanted to make sure I was in great hands when I walked into the store. The manager at the Keokuk store answered all of my questions, did a diagnostics on my vehicle and was able to help me to continue on my journey. I’ll be sure to take my business back when needed in the future!!! Thank you Keokuk auto zone and to the fantastic customer service received.

I was in the store 2/10/24. The girl with the red lipstick was nice, polite n very helpful. I've never had a bad experience when I go in there. They always greet you with a smile n a hello when you come in. Always ready to help. The person that gave ya'll a bad review is a idiot. I will be returning to shop for parts again.

Absolutely! Amazing! Service and staff. Was stranded on a Sunday and needed a new battery. Even though there was only 2 people working they sent one out with a new battery! Thank you guys!
