We in general are compared to what is our competition. I had an IID device that needed serviced/removed/transferred. In complete opposite of the shop that installed the item, this shop displayed true professionalism. The competition a stones throw away, berated me on where I parked my vehicle to the point of throwing insults my way. The hostile environment was created by them and was not something I wanted. I tried to atone for and deescalate. It didn't undue their disdain for a paying customer who made a mistake.Hawkeye on the other hand, had clear painted parking spaces and the staff never wandered from being respectful professionals. They will get my repeatable business that is for sure.

I came in to buy a new tonneau cover just before Christmas. Andy was great. He explained the pros and cons of each. Very knowledgeable. I’m so glad I went to see Andy instead of just ordering one online. On top of that, he was able to have it ready for me to pick up the next morning. I had it installed before lunch and drove the interstate for 3 hours in a steady rain with Christmas presents in the back. When I arrived, the bed was bone dry. I’m extremely happy with the cover. Andy & co. did flawless work replacing the nav/radio in my 2010 minivan. I called them and they helped me pick a unit that met my long list of compatibility needs -- including Android/CarPlay, rear camera, a rear seat DVD entertainment system, diagnostics, and of course AM/FM radio. They installed the unit one morning in time for lunch. The fit was perfect. Andy got in the car with me and patiently showed me through all the functions, and we verified that everything worked. I've since taken the car on several drives and a long cross-country road trip, and everything has worked exactly as I wished and continued to function great.I was looking for an end-to-end solution to bring my van into the modern era, and I definitely got it with these guys! You will not be disappointed in working with these guys. Andy has always under promised and over delivered. I have had a lot of work done to various vehicles and the craftsmanship is always spot on. They have gone out of there way for me more than once and I will never use anyone else for these services!

Bought a truck topper with locking glass and LED in-bed lights. Hawkeye identified some manufacturer defects on the unit that arrived and advised against installing it. They worked with the manufacturer to get a quality unit in, installed it, and a year later it's like it was installed yesterday. Really fantastic work, friendly and professional staff.

We recently had Hawkeye install a remote start in our 2020 Honda Passport. Andy made everything easy. He answered all of my questions, walked me through the different options and is the epitome of no pressure sales. The remote start woks perfectly and I'm confident Hawkeye will be there to provide any support we need in the future. They use Compustar/Drone mobile and I've also had recent experience with Viper Smart Start. The Compustar/Drone Mobile is far superior, especially when using the app. The Drone Mobile app runs better, gives you more info about the car, and provides you many more options to adjust.

They added a LED lightbar to my 2020 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport SE....did a FANTASTIC job of hiding the wires, and put it behind my grille.....Job looks very custom and neat!....Also had them put a LED light under the hood!....Because there was none at all from factory.

Had a couple places tell me they couldn't replace the touch screen/digitizer on my FHU without replacing the whole thing. These guys successfully replaced just the touch screen and saved me $1000

Is there such a thing as too many positive things to say? No, there isn't. They originally put a remote start into my Honda roughly 5 years ago, I recently got a different car, so I had the remote start taken out of the Honda and put into my newer car. Very efficient, great customer service, highly recommended!! My ex/friend has taken all of his cars to them for remote starts (including my Honda)!!
