their version of customer service is constantly interrupting their customers, and then when told to stop interrupting in order to get a full question / sentence out, clearly the next best course of action is to laugh at said customer. Can't say I'm very pleased at all with the service I received.

PEOPLE WAKE UP UNITED BANK OF IOWA IN IDA GROVE ARE RIP OFF THEY KEPT STEALING MONEY HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS THIS IS THE WORSE BANK EVER IF YOU LIKE YOUR MONEY BANK SOME WHERE ELSE DONT BE A VICTIM THE PEOPLE ARE NASTY CROOKS YOU CANT TRUST THEM 3 MONTHS OF NIGHTMARE NEVER AGAIN WILL I TRUST A BANK THANKS TO THESE JERKS I HOPE THIS DON'T HAPPEN TO ANY ONE ELESE KEEPS GETTING WORSE PEOPLE WAKE UP THIS BANK IS SO CROOKED THEY RIPPED OFF 3 OTHER PEOPLE I TALKED TO BY BY MONEY IF YOU BANK WITH THEM😠😠😠😠ðŸ˜
