Brian, Annie, and Scott are amazing.
If you haven't taken your car here your missing out. I personally like to try and do my own repairs when I can (poorly). I hadn't changed rotors for awhile and I figured it was time. Had Scott swap my rear rotors, and brake pads. He let me observe the repair, and even gave me some pointers if I was to attempt the repair myself
Awhile back, I had one of my halogen lightbulbs go out on my Acura. Well, it has 2 sets of lights on the front on both sides, no big deal. Wrong. Cops will still pull you over regardless. So, I brought this up to brian. He stayed late got my bulb replaced, and even penciled me in when they were booked up so that way I didn't have to drive at night with a headlight out! (At the time, I worked 3rd shift)
If this doesn't tell you, you should take your car here. Idk what will!

I have never been to a nicer, more helpful family business. Recommend them 150% to anyone. Was totally upfront and honest with me and the pricing. Very Knowledgeable. Proud that they are a business in my small town community.

If you’re ever in the Grundy Center area needing auto repair I highly recommend Brian and his crew at Grimm’s. I had my A/C quit on a commercial vehicle on a day the heat index was over 100 with the next 2 days being even hotter. I called and he told me to stop by and he would see what we could do. I was there for over 2 hours, left with working A/C. He even stayed late just to get me up and going and was very reasonably priced. Having A/C when it’s over 100 is priceless so I wouldn’t have cared what it cost and I’m sure he knew that but didn’t try and take advantage of it. Wish all shops were as helpful and reasonable as Grimm’s.

When I arrived to have a part on my car fixed, I was greeted terribly, Brian I believe his name is, was saying very concerning remarks to me about my body, he mentioned how hot it was that day and asked me if I’d like to join him in the shower?? His wife (I presume was his wife) sat back and allowed the entire conversation to happen. I felt so uncomfortable that I had to leave. Please don’t go here and never bring your children with. Those weirdos were eyeing down my baby sister like candy. Cant even believe this service. Disgusting.

When I was at this shop looking for a quote, I was talking with Brian, i couldn’t help but notice that there was a woman in the back (his wife?) screaming bloody murder at a child , she then smacked this kid so hard in the face I could have sworn I saw a tooth fall out. she then noticed I had witnessed the entire thing, she then pushed me out the door, locked the door and closed the blinds. I never would have imagined to have seen this, especially at a public shop??? I hope the kid is okay.
