We spent months looking for an SUV to accommodate our family and finally landed on the Jeep Grand Wagoneer. When the exact vehicle we were looking for came up on Wes Finch's website, we made the call expressing interest, even though we are located in Minnesota, and were connected with Lathan. His transparency and excellent communication resulted in a 13 hour travel day to purchase the perfect car! It was a great all around experience and we appreciate all of the time and effort Lathan and his team put into the sale.

We are totally impressed we Wes Finch Auto! We had spent the day before we went there in Des Moines and the Grimes area. We found one that day but no one seemed to interested in work with us so we walked away. Went to Wes Finch the next morning and found a truck there, but their first offer just didn’t fit us well. Before we could get out the door there were 3 people come to us and ask what they could do to get it to work. Everyone was so nice and within a short period of time they had worked things out that we not only got the truck but with all the other details that we were needing! I know when it time for a different vehicle for us again Wes Finch will be our first stop! If anyone is looking for something different you should definitely check Wes Finch out!!

Lily was my sales person and she was great. My problem is the way they try and pressure you into buying the extended warranty. After he continually asked me why, when I politely and firmly said 3 times I do not want it and no I do not have to tell you why, I got frustrated and had to threaten to leave and go somewhere else before he let it go. I will not be a returning customer.

Utilized chat function to look at vehicle, requested photos as vehicle was a hail sale, team member stated could not stand behind photos, understandably. Did not hear back after verifying email and requested to let me know when sent as I did not see anything come through. Response, "I am with a guest at the moment"I am sorry I am at work and cannot talk verbally over the phone, but the chat function should still treat me as a guest, but I thank you for making me feel less than because I was not the one in front of you. Hope you made a sale for the one you lost!Your dealership must be thriving to give responses like these.Marlene, you were great taking my call, wish it would have been on better circumstances.

So extremely thankful for the mechanics getting my car quickly ready when it arrived as I was without from the hail storm totaling my veichle, the detail department getting everything perfect and shiney for my first new car drive off, and Kent for showing me how to use all my gadgets and electronic hook up/functions to use. So extremely thankful for all the behind the scenes of car buying that go above and beyond. Big shout out to the guys for all your hard work and care for my new ride. Your help was so incredibly appreciated in all that you do ?

Wes Finch has healed all my past car buying trauma! It was such an easy experience and they were phenomenal to work with. It was such a comfortable atmosphere, and I didn't feel pressured, tricked, or anything you see in other dealerships. Also I cannot recommend working with Lily Kuhns enough! She is so kind and patient, and has continually helped with any issues I have had after I bought the car. 12/10 experience.

Bought a 2020 Cadillac CT5 with 7,500 miles on it. After signing and driving it the hour drive home I noticed it was driving funny. So I called and asked them if they would fix the problem. Told me I was wrong and that it went through a full inspection before being put on the lot. I then asked if they would at least look at the car. But got denied. 4 months later I just spent $1,300 for them to fix the problem. Car doesn’t even have 20k miles. Mechanic told me that he hasn’t seen such a mess with the tires and axles in a car this new. Don’t buy here. They don’t care about the customers and our money.

If it was only one of these issues it wouldn’t be a deal but when you stack 5-6 issues it shows their incompetence and lack of service.Purchased a brand new Chrysler Pacifica hybrid. We specifically asked about towing capacity and we’re told 3500lbs, it’s actually not recommended to tow at all being a hybrid we found out after trying to schedule a hitch installation with their service center.We told them we would be there at 11:00 to buy it, with a certified check for the amount, it took nearly 4 hours to complete the sale and trade from that point.We paid without a loan but they sent the title to the bank that issued the check like we took a loan.We negotiated for weathertec floor mats, it took them nearly 2 months to get them to us, they forgot to place the order. I complained to a sales manager a couple weeks later, they offered credit to cover a couple oil changes, great, but we’re not local.So, we move closer, need to do a recall fix, book an appointment. I ask about the credit, it was never put in the system and they basically say I’m SOL. It would be quite a story for me to make up to get a bit of credit, so by not honoring it they’re implying that I’m lying about it.Our salesman is long gone, there’s nearly everyone I’ve talked to says they haven’t been there that long. Do yourself a favor and find a better dealer who’s honest and will honor their commitments.

The sales department was great in 2020. Service department I cannot recommend. Transmission went out & was replaced under their Warranty Forever program. The vehicle wasn't right after they replaced transmission, took it back & was told there was no transmission fuild in it. They replaced the transmissions but put no fluid in it? Living 2 hours away this has now taken up 16 hours of our time between taking to drop off vehicle & pick it up. Plus the time without the vehicle. Unfortunately, the vehicle is still not right and will require another combined 8 hours of driving to take the vehicle back up.

Lily Kuhns was awesome! She was friendly and knowledgeable! The whole process from test drive to paper signing only took about an hour. When I picked up my new Equinox, she helped with linking my phone as well as going through all the technology. Everyone there was friendly and helpful!!
