This auto repair shop is #1 in our book! We were just passing through town when our alternator went bad...it was an emergency situation for us and not only did they welcome us with open arms to wait for our vehicle but they were the nicest and most honest people we have met that have taken care of our vehicle.

This has been one of the best repair shops I've ever worked with. We are newer to the area and it is always a challenge to know who to trust. I was referred to Precision Automotive from a couple life-long Grinnellian's and the level of skill and service I received was outstanding. They go above and beyond and even came out off hours on a weekend to save my wife and me when our car decided to leave us stranded in the Hy-Vee parking lot.
