Had a slow tire leak and we were heading on vacation. Talked to Blake and he said bring it in and they would get me right in. 20 minutes later they found a screw in the tire and repaired it and we were on our way.

We were driving through the area and had major engine issue on Easter Sunday. Dealership in area said earliest they could look at my truck was Friday. Blake at Firestone for me in and had me on the road by Monday afternoon!!! Kind courteous and friendly people!! Truly my angels in Iowa!! Thank you so much!

I am in big debt to this wonderful place. While driving to denver, i had run into transmission issues and broke down near this town. They were quick to diagnose and start with the repairs. They had done a fantastic job and above and beyond for service. The friendly staff to the big hearts of the employees have made this trip a little bit better! Thank you again

They were able to hold the tire I need and fix my flat within 30 minutes of showing up via tow. Very kind folks! Would recommend to anyone in this area.

Grinnell Firestone was so HELPFUL. I had a tire going down on the way to Des Moines. They fit me in right away. Gavin found the nail & fixed it. They got me back on the road ASAP & to my appointment on time! All were very courteous and helpful. Thank you!

Way over priced. I suggest if you can do the work yourself than do so. Tried charging me 600$ for a multifunction switch (turn signal switch assembly) I did it myself for 40$. Place is basically a scam. Please go somewhere that doesn’t over charge.

I paid for my son's new tires and said if there is anymore to call me. Picked van up drove for 1 month and the bearings went out in the car. When tires were put on nothing was said to me the paying customer.

I can’t thank Blake and the crew enough for helping out my daughter who was stranded at a gas station near their location and still had a 4 hour drive ahead of her with a storm about to hit the area in 3 hours. They helped get her car towed right away and diagnosed the problem and got it fixed and her on the road in a timely manner. They were professional, courteous and beyond helpful. Made a worried mom very relieved!! Thanks so much!
