Honest, fair, good customer service, multiply talented, easy going and likable. The kind of person you'd want to strike a conversation with. Was thorough and straight forward about issues with my van. As a woman and somebody that doesn't have a lot of experience with vehicles. Jim took the time to explain what was wrong with my vehicle, show me the parts that were bad and even explain how that part function in my vehicle. Would give him a 10/5 star if I could. Highly recommended for any service he offers. His wife also very friendly, informative and quickly answered any questions I had over the phone. Thank you both.
