Had some warranty work done on my truck, Danielle Stewart was the service advisor, she was very nice, checked things i was having issues with before it went into the shop. Service tech diagnosed issues, parts were ordered, and waiting to go get the repairs done. No complaints.

Randy and Chris did amazing getting me exactly what I needed at what I could afford. Sadly the car had some issues with the AC and Transmission, however, Kirk in service jumped right on it to take care of the AC. Jaimie in sales had to do some extra work to get the transmission fixed but he did it and I am so grateful! Everyone I worked with earned my loyalty and business. Thank you Shottenkirk in Fort Madison for going that extra mile for me. If you need a car no matter new or preowned go see Randy in Fort Madison. The team there will take very good care of you.

We recently purchased our 2024 GMC Yukon Denali from Shottenkirk, and it was such an easy process. We live 250 miles from the dealer, but it was one of the few with a diesel in stock. We negotiated everything over the phone with Dustin who was a pleasure to deal with - no games, no bait and switch, he was completely transparent. He even got things rolling on the deal during his day off. It was a risk to drive that far out, not having seen the car! However, it couldn't have been better. Mike was a great host who was able to show how all the tech worked, and ensured we were comfortable with it. Dave on the finance side also did not play any games, it was unbelievably quick to complete all paperwork (especially with the CDK nationwide outage!). I would recommend this team 100/100 times, they really came through for us.

Went in and checked to see if they had part for a recall. They said that they had plenty and it would take 15 min ti do do.They made the appointment for 0 days latter and then called 3 days before the appointment to say they ran out of parts! This is the reason I don't do business with them
