I called asking about parts. I was told that he had the part, he would locate it and call me back. Two weeks later I call again, someone else answers, said everyone is busy I will have them call you back. Crickets, no call back. Unfortunately this happens with this company more than not. I have purchased from them in the past. It an up hill battle every time.
