What has happened to Walgreens?!!Today is the fourth time in less than a month that we have had to make multiple trips to get prescriptions filled at Walgreens! The prescription I was needing today for my husband, Wes or pain from after surgery and outpatient surgery center. Prescription was called in a full six hours before it was needed by the surgery center, and no one called them back to let them know they could not fill the prescription and it needed to go to a different pharmacy. It is a huge hassle for customers to have to drive from Walgreens to Walgreens to get their prescriptions filled, and some customers are not able to do that... I understand if it's something that they don't regularly carry, but when a customer has ongoing refills with Walgreens that he gets billed every other month, they should be able to have what you need on hand to get your prescription filled. There is no reason for this to happen, and yet, when I pulled up to the second pharmacy, there's a sign saying part of your prescription may need to be filled at a different Walgreens, WTF! This is poor customer service! I do not recommend anyone getting their prescriptions filled at Walgreens.!!! This is the worst customer service I've ever seen.

I am filing a complaint with the Iowa Pharmacy Board for unethical practice due to the lies your female pharmacist told me and my doctor regarding the dispensing of my medication. I've discussed it with my physician's office and they agree that the pharmacist has acted unethically. I'm not sure why this woman would lie in order to circumvent the orders of my physician but she certainly needs to be held accountable. I have little faith her superiors @ Walgreens will do so, but the pharmacy board will.

World's slowest pharmacy plus their second lane isnt working anymore. All these cars backed up is ridiculous. Almost got hit by someone.

In a senior caregiver and pain meds are a big issue with pharmacies. The 24 hour service us helpful but even then weekend becomes issues. There Automation is a bit behind in letting the customer know when med pick up is ready. As a store akwsys a hello or goodbye the store is always clean and stocked and there's akwsys someone available to help you

The employees are regular and friendly always willing to help find what I need. They have been helpful in suggesting deals on products I am buying and very prompt making it rare having to wait on anything. The store is always very clean attached to a sprint store, and coin laundry. Large parking lot with a Burger King very close as well as a Bank of America ATM and RedBox outside making it a canvienant stop for many errands.
