Dane was awesome to work with start to finish. We had some difficulties with another lender and Dane was able to get us a pre approval and walked us all the way through closing with very clear direction. Dane will be the first person I recommend to anyone looking for anything mortgage lending. If I could give more stars I would because of the way Dane goes above and beyond.

Dane helped my wife and I navigate the mortgage process as first time homebuyers. He is very knowledgeable and knows how to help home buyers through the complicated process.He also helped us out a lot in using Iowa Finance Authority programs.
