Wanted to shop around for pricing on an AC issue with my Vehicle. When the employee answered the phone and I described my issue and the make and model of the vehicle the guy knew exactly what the issue could be with my vehicle. Upon asking further questions about potential pricing on a fix...the guy stated " well i wouldn't have any idea how much that would be to fix your AC not knowing what is wrong with it". My statement would be if you immediately said oh it is more than likely this that make and model is known for this exact issue..... You would think they would be able to give you a number or range on how much something like that would be..... IS IT $20k or $500 dollars was my exact question. The response. I have no idea and wouldn't be able to give you a number till i hooked up the computer for it. WOULDN"T EVEN GIVE ME A DOLLAR AMOUNT or NUMBER FOR A DIAGNOSTIC TEST!?!?!?! STAY AWAY. Glad i called first before taking my vehicle there.

My car started doing some crazy things. I happened to be driving by this shop so I pulled in not knowing anything about it. Chris ran it through a diagnostic scan and found the problem. His calm demeanor helped me remain calm. He explained what was needed, how quickly he could do it, and the price. All were spot on! I am very grateful that I rumbled into his shop! Thank you!

Class-act shop with honest technicians who stand by their work. Owner, Chris, goes out of his way to provide rides home and back while work is completed. I know they have my back and provide very reasonable, upfront pricing when auto issues come up. HIGHLY recommend.

I won’t go anywhere else for a repair. Their work is high quality and prices fair, but more importantly, I trust them 100%. I first went there for a second opinion, and their solution was different from the other shop’s, several hundred dollars less, and it worked. A couple of times I’ve taken a car in for something that turned out to be minor, and they fixed it free of charge.

One of the best auto places around. They've always been up front and honest about everything. They also never try to upsell you anything extra. I don't think I would ever bring any of my vehicles any place else.
