I had problems with my truck shifting. After multiple phones to Inlands service department which they were very willing to answer and try to help me as much as they could. After many trips there to get parts and I still count figure it out I took it in and they had it fixed in no time at all! They called and advise me of what they found wrong and fixed it. Truck shifts like a brand new truck. I also had a bad vibration issue that developed after I had another local truck shop replace my carrier bearings and rear output shaft seal. I had took it back to them and they kept telling me it was in the tires it was nothing they did. I had put new tires, shock air bags and leveling valve and still had vibrations. While it was at Inland they looked at the driveline and found it to be out of time which was binding the ujoint behind the carrier bearing. They also found the driveline to be bent. Inland advised me of what they found and gave me my options to fix it and I gave them the go ahead to do so. No vibrations and the truck shifts great! Brent and Josh were great to work with and they kept me updated on what they found wrong. This is a shop we’re they care and will take care of you! I’m VERY picky about my equipment and I would take it there in a heartbeat next time and know I could leave it with them and have nothing to worry about and know that it will be right and prefect when I get it back! Thanks Inland!!

Got a PM service this morning at the Des Moines, IA location and was not overall impressed with this location like I am with Denton, TX. The service manager walked out with a pen and paper to get our vin and truck number. He put the paper up against our brand new 2022 Peterbilt 389 and proceeded to write the information down physical on our truck. Why does he not have a clipboard to do this? For the price I’m paying for the PM service I’d think Inland can afford clipboards. Then, the tech asked us to start our truck once he changed the oil. We asked him to confirm the type of oil he put in our truck. He did not know what type he put in. I opened the hood at that point and said let’s go through and double check some things. I found he missed the whole panel of grease inserts. At that point I asked him if he has ever done an oil change before. Overall, that made my experience not comforting. I come to Inland and pay the higher prices because my previous experiences with the Denton, TX location and their service manager, Ryan, is above and beyond. I guess all locations don’t have the same standards.Service: Oil change

Was disappointed when I went to pick up a driveshaft we had worked on. The price was $400.00 more than quoted, there was a charge for shop supplies which could not be explained, was charged to put the parts in another part and then charged $500.00 on top of that in labor. How can you charge for labor more than once? All of these things could not be explained. If you have them do work for you I would get an price in writing and make sure to get an explanation on each line item.
