Took my 2013 Acura in to get the headlight fixed. I have been waiting for over a month now for the part to get here that he supposedly ordered from 2 different places. "They got lost" is what he keeps telling me. And they didnt give him a tracking number apparently. And thats only IF I can get him to answer the phone. He hasnt returned any of the 5 or 6 voicemails I have left for him. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. . Terrible business

We were on a road trip with our family and the ignition went out on our 2009 Honda Odyssey. We got a referral and contacted Harger Automotive. They did a fantastic job and got us back on the road! A huge blessing!

Tom has an abundance of experience. I enjoy his explanations of what problems are or are not present. Other places will try to gouge you for unnecessary services. Tom is honest and will not do that to you. He will also try to find ways to save you money and is very efficient at what he does.

I was referred to Tom in 2011 after purchasing my first Honda. I am now on my second Honda (thanks to the Derecho) and he has always been honest, respectful, and knowledgeable. I currently live 2 hours away and still drive back to Des Moines for any needs. His services are affordable and he does honest work. I do not trust anyone else with my car

VERY honest , & trustworthy. Tom is very thorough & will take very good care of your car! He will also answer your questions on what needs to be done when & not up- sell services that are not needed.We started taking our daughter’s car to him on a recommendation, & now we have 3 vehicles that Tom cares for!

Harger Automotive is the absolute best for Honda and Acura owners. Tom Harger has always been very professional and knowledgeable. The prices are much more reasonable than the dealer as well. It’s hard to find a trustworthy mechanic, so I really appreciate Tom! I just wish he worked on boats too!!!!!

I have used Harger Automotive many times and am always very impressed with his work. He truly takes the time to tend to my car and has the experience to prove it. My whole family uses Harger Automotive and perfer it versus the large dealerships. Would highly recommend!

Tom Harger is the most honest and reliable mechanic I have ever worked with. He has worked on my husband's Acura and my Honda now for years. I cannot recommend his services highly enough. Do yourself a favor and buy an Acura or Honda so Tom can be your mechanic!
