We stay at this hotel a few times a year. It is conveniently located near downtown with out the noise of the hotels 2 blocks away. The rooms are always clean, the parking lot is safe, the breakfasts are very nice, and the proximity to the convention center is very handy.

Safe doesn't work, shower head short. Rooms need updated.
Staff is friendly. Breakfast is the worst. Not much options.

We stayed for a concert at Wells Fargo, it was 1minute walk. Made it less hastle to deal with traffic. The rooms were nice and beds and pillows comfy. By far thr best options sook many for breakfast! 10/10 recommend and we will Definately be back!

helpful happy staff in to my room in 9 mins. fastest ive ever got through check in breakfast was great! warm basic but worth it!

The ac fan wouldn't consistently run. So every twenty minutes the whole ac unit would kick on from dead silence waking us up. If the fan would always run even when the compressor wasn't, I feel like we'd be less likely to wake up when the compressor would turned on. Since it was August, it was hard to go without it. Made for a miserable stay.

The over night clerk Angie this past weekend is the pure definition of what the hospitality industry is all about, unfortunately that is very rare these days. Thank you for your amazing customer service, the Comfort Inn has been very lucky to have you for as long as they have. Also we were very impressed with the rooms and overall cleanliness of the hotel. We will definitely be back.

Older Hotel. Built in 1972. We stayed on 7th (top) floor. Great location. I feel like our room for what we got was way over priced. The whole floor looked In need of renovations. Our room was good size, but air conditioner needs recharged or serviced as it really struggled to keep room at 70.
