Charged me $250 (which I understand is the maximum possible fine) for being towed. I called within 6 hours of the tow, was given that fee, and told I needed to make an appointment to get my car back the next day. Inconvenient and absurdly expensive.

Had to have car towed on an early Sunday morning. Dispatch was very friendly and had a tow truck to us in a matter of minutes. Everyone was very friendly and helpful

I bought a new used car in the morning. That evening I accidentally locked myself out. Called my insurance. They sent this company. Oh man, Ryan, the tow truck driver was sooooo polite, kind, friendly, knowledgeable and called me twice to update me on his eta. He had my car open in less than 2 minutes. Can’t say enough good things about Ryan. He is a true asset to his company. Wish there were more kind gentlemen out there like him. Highly recommend this company.

On a day that was not going good for me Bo the roadside assistance that was sent to me through my insurance did his best to help me out with starting my car. He even stayed with us to make sure a tow truck was assigned to us. We talked to him for a bit too and he was a really nice chill person. Thank you for your help Bo!

I gave you a bad rating BECAUSE YOU COULDN'T BE HONEST YOUR DISPATCHER LIED AND CONTINUE TO TELL LIE'S, just so you know I am a disabled senior citizen and a veteran and you didn't have the respect to be honest as all the other tow companies did. I am sorry you can't be honest but I wasn't wrong YOU WERE, AND I WILL NEVER USE YOUR SERVICE AND I WILL SAY TO USE YOUR COMPANY YOU CAN'T BE HONEST thanks for nothing and goodbye, you shouldn't LIE

I have been dealing with my insurance company finding a provider. I'm not going to say his name but one of these employees took the job to get my car. I was told up to 4 hrs. After 3 I attempted to call him. Got no response. My insurance got no response. He never showed. I didn't know at the time but I attempted to call my own tow company and was answered by a female saying they could help me out. I tried to call back to update something and got no answer. Turns out it's the same guy.of course was never told they couldn't help me. I will never use this company in the future

Was told an hour to hour and half for a vehicle unlock service. After an hour and 25 mins, another company showed up to do it. If they would have been honest to begin with on not being able to make it I would have called another company. The company that came said they were there within 10 mins of Capital City calling them to help them. Don’t take more work than you can handle. Waste of my time and money for such a little thing. Thanks Roy’s Towing for coming to the rescue. Skip on past Capital City if your looking for help….Update: received a call from Capital City within 15 mins of my review. Tyler seemed to call to argue with me and didn’t seem pleased with my review. After informing me that several towing companies are one company…. Tyler is going to speak with the driver for saying different and telling me he got the call and was there within 10 mins. Why would you reach out to argue and “prove” a point. Move on and do what’s right to begin with.

In the time of need I was helped swiftly!!! Dispatch was nice. Guy with the piercing in his lip was extremely nice!!! I paid with cash which was cheaper. I didn’t need all my brothers and hubby to push the car up into the garage, and backed into our spot. He was quick and let me stay in the car I came in while he endured the treacherous cold. I’m pleased and happy with the service I was provided!!!!!
