When I went there today they were closed. I went up to the door look to see the hours. There was a note on the on their door they said they would be right back i Sat There for 10 minutes and they never came back. I was shocked most likely probably will not go back to the store ever

Yeah right! 10:00 a.m. more like noon. This place never opens on and almost always closing early. Don't waste your time here you're better off going across town

I went to boost mobile on University and 22nd the workers there are LAZY I tried to connect my phone to our plan and the worker there said "your phone isn't compatible with our networks " then went to the one on Euclid and E 14th it was compatible so I'm never going to the boost on 22nd and university again

This location was trying to lie to me and my aunt to get her to buy a new phone when all she needed was a new SIM card. They immediately told us she needed a new phone without properly looking at the device. When I asked what is the newer version of that phone he didn't even know took off the case and still said she needed a new phone. I went home and checked online to make sure it was compatible, which it was. I even called a customer service representative over the phone and she also confirmed that it was still compatible with their network. They also told the same thing to an older gentleman that was in the store at the same time as us which at this point I think is elder abuse trying to confuse and lie to your customers and not assisting them just to make a profit. I did go ahead and make a report to corporate and to the better Business bureau but the thing is these are franchises. So really there's no way to be sure that anything will be done. So please double check online if you can or take someone who's more tech savvy if you are an older customer to be sure you are not swindled.

I used boost mobile for good six months or so. While at my job in small town iowa, reception is bad. This they could help with. I called and cancelled and ask for refund practically by end of the day. customer service replies “we can’t refund you because your account does not exist, call your bank”. My bank said only the merchant (Boost)can refund you. Boost refund to refund again because they no longer have the account which the charge for service they never provided. The customer service was the worst part, one hour on the phone and they won’t refund me. If you want dropped calls, no signal and very poor reception then go here. If that not enough- they won’t refund you for a month of service they never provided. Worst service
