Heard good things about this place thought I would give it a shot. Looked up the hours online they said they were open. Got here paid for parking. Sign even said open but door was locked. Tried calling no answer. Very disappointed.

Honestly this used to be my favorite place to get a vape. Idk what happened but this shop is a gamble anymore, the past several times I got a vape from here they’ve been expired. First drawl and it’s burnt or the battery is already dead. Kinda sucks.

I’ve been a customer for awhile now and usually only stop in to purchase a lighter. The people working have always been kind, helpful, and not pushy. But, tonight I stopped in at 11pm looking for a lighter. I didn’t have my card on me and asked the gentleman if I could use apple pay. He told me there was a $2 card minimum- understandable. I told him I’ll just buy two lighters but he insisted it was ok and gave me the lighter free of charge. I appreciate his small gesture and kindness. The definition of “Iowa nice”. I’ll be back.. and with an extra dollar for the tip jar!

Just recently bought this yesterday around 4:00 5:00 I was able to use it all day no problems but just today after I get off of work it's saying it has a battery problem and it won't charge and then it needs to be cleaned even though I just got it not really reliable for a $200 device. Insane!!!!..... Just recently went into get help on my device did a great job helping me and getting it situated. Thank yall
