She was so unhappy and dragging you could tell she doesn't want to be there. Made me not want to be there..

Menards is the only hardware and lumber store that I frequent, but this store was sold out of several items that I made a special trip for. I'll be glad to get back to my usual store.

I went here today with a friend needing an appliance. There was adequate staff and they seemed knowledgeable and efficient. The store layout was well organized. The facility was clean. The check-out staff was friendly.

100+ dollars for Grey floor epoxy. The hardener already set so it's worthless. Project needed to be complete by tonight to set a firebox before the weekend. Always problems at menards. Will drive the extra miles to HD from now on.

I like shopping at Menards , but as far as using the credit card for promotional payments, they screw you by not putting anything towards the promotional balance, except a very small payment, and then expect you to pay it off in the last two months before it expires. I will no longer do business with Menards. I will stick with Home Depot.

Easy to find the items we were looking for, but when we asked for help to load them into the car, the lady who was helping us stopped to talk to a customer about her new nails. It was clear that we were waiting for her and we were in a rush, so we had to ask for another employee to help us. Whoever that woman is, focus on your work and not your nails.
