Greg Rietz was my sales person. Very knowledgeable, not pushy, and has been great with follow up to make sure I've been satisfied with my purchase. Would recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle!

I took my car to smart auto just a few weeks ago got it back Friday it didn't make it to my house due to it over heating because the coolant fan was not kicking on and my coolant cap was not correctly put on as well and I also have scratchs on my vehicle that was not their before and they said it had a small oil leak witch turned out to be a oil leak from multiple point on the vehicle witch they did not fix my issuance paid out alittle over 4100 and I paid 500 for them to fix my vehicle and it is in worse shape then it was when I took my vehicle to their location and is not drivable, I still have many issue with my vehicle and when I had told them about this all they had to say about it is bring it back Monday in witch I can't trust a shop that doesn't even know how to put a coolant cap on correct this was a horrible experience. on top of them almost never responded to my calls in the 2 weeks they had my vehicle, people told me they ware one of the best shops in Davenport for all around service but I haven't seen it ... Paying all that money and the vehicle not even making it to my place and having extra damage on the body from their shop I would not recommend this shop to anyone !!!!

This is the horrible place of business ever. I don't see how they stay in business. They give me an estimate of $2500 and 4 days of service to fix my car but turn around and charged my insurance almost $4000.00, how could there be That much gap and my car was in their shop for about a month. Till this day I'm still waiting on part to come in to completely fix my car. AVOICE this place, I wish I had read the review before I gave them my key. NEVER AGAIN. VERY HORRIBLE PLACE PLEASE BE WARED.

Was interested in purchasing a used vehicle from them. I routinely purchase and trade vehicles from dealerships out of state but can honestly say that this one misses the mark for any that are not local. Unwilling to value or accept my trade-in due to a modified cold air intake. Unwilling to work with customers that pose any sort of logistical challenge is what it seemed more like. Reply mail went to spam folder with no follow up message or call. They don't seem to be interested in selling cars but are more than willing to take your money.

We could not be more impressed with the service and customer service of this Dealership! We had broken down in the middle of the night 1000 miles away from home and had 1300 more miles to go. We had to be towed to the dealership. As soon as the service department was open they pushed us in to the front of their busy day and got right to work to try and figure out and diagnose what our issue was. The entire staff was so supportive, gracious and understanding of our predicament And did everything possible to get us back on the road. The part that was needed ti fix our sprinter van had to be overnighted from Florida to Iowa and we all, including the staff prayed it would arrive! The part did arrive the next morning, the entire staff went to work putting us again in the forefront of their day full of service jobs to take care of us and get us on our wayLessah, Oscar, Allen and the entire staff deserve as we say back home, a Huge “atta boy”. Best customer service we have ever experienced! If we were living anywhere near this dealership, I would buy my next vehicle here, knowing how much they care about their customers and how well you are treated! Worth a little bit of an extra drive for such amazing service!!!

It was a last minute decision to look at cars & possibly but one. Zina came over, listened to what we needed & we test drove 3 cars with no stress or pushing from her. The one we fell in love with was actually leaving the lot as it had been sitting there too long, but she worked with the manager & us to hold the vehicle back until we could get the financing situated with our bank & we went home so very happy 3 days later. She even called me yesterday to check in and see if there was anything we needed or of we had any questions on the vehicle. She was great to work with & our vehicle is a dream!

Do not buy here! Buyer Beware!!!!!! My husband and I needed a car ( I had no credit, and he didn’t have the best credit) we dealt with a salesman Named Micheal . Long story short, he sold us a GMC Envoy that had major mechanical issues in December 2015 after constantly telling us during our test drive, that the weird noise we heard, was the wheel barring. 6 days after buying, while On my way to Chicago, my rear differentials gave out while I was on I-80 near mininooka. After fighting with them about getting it towed back to Davenport, they finally let us use a loaner van for a week until they could find us another vehicle because they said that the repair cost, wasn’t worth fixing on the envoy. They eventually found us a Ford Explorer the first week of Jan 2016. Unfortunately for us , in august of 2016 the Ford started exhibiting bad undercarriage issues and the take off was ruff. We took the vehicle to Dahl Ford who advised us that we couldn’t legally drive the car off the lot because the car was unsafe. We had suspension issues, engine, trans you name it! We talked with this dealer who At the time went by “drivers choice” and they shrugged us off! After exhausting all options and being told our repair cost out of pocket, with insurance would cost more than the vehicle, We scheduled a voluntary repo with the financing company “Credit Acceptance”. Fast forward to 2021 as we’re rebuilding our credit we realize that the predatory financing company that came so “highly recommended” claimed they never repoed the vehicle because when they called the lot where we initially bought the vehicle, the manager told them that we didn’t have an expensive repair cost which was a lie because we didn’t even have the vehicle serviced there! So that lie prompted credit acceptance to cancel the scheduled repo. Credit acceptance has reported on my husband’s credit as a current delinquent installment for over 5 years. They won’t close the account without paying the full balance or a settlement account. We are waiting for our original SIGNED contract to come in the mail, that stated that we agreed to pay 9000 something for a 3600 dollar vehicle. Credit acceptance says our contract stated that we agreed to that exorbitant amount an We our a million percent sure that that is not what we signed. Under the guise of smiles and assurance that we’d build our credit and that they wanted to help us, we were used as pawns to pay someone a 1000 down payment for a vehicle that they sold responsibility off to another company for. If I had the knowledge that I possess now, I would not look once at this place. Run fast and don’t look back.

We went to Smart Kia to look at a used vehicle. Zina came right over to us to help us. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend seeing Zina or anyone at Smart Kia. Everyone in the dealership was courteous and professional.

WARNING!!!!! You have a choice in where you buy your vehicle! Having said that, I want to strongly suggest you avoid the lujack's dealership at ALL costs!! They are the worst!! I purchased a vehicle from them in July of 2019 and started having issues shortly after taking possession of said vehicle. Their service department "fixed" the issue and the vehicle ran better.....for about a minute! I began to hear indications of further problems and had engine lights come on. After bringing it in I was told that it was consuming oil, and was just low. They also stated that the amount being consumed ( 1 or so qts per 1,000 miles!) was normal and refused to replace the engine. Service Manager Rick Vanberg stated that the engine should be replaced, but the warranty company had final say....pretty convenient, wouldn't you say? And, wouldn't you know.... they said it DIDN'T need replacing. Now, here we are 2 MONTHS after the warranty has expired and the engine has completely broken down and "Screwjacks" is refusing to help in any way! The GM Colin said "we really want to help, but......" same ol' Screwjack's!! I am now forced to put a loan against my home (paid for, by the way) to cover the cost of an engine replacement on a vehicle that had less than 80,000 miles!! These people are crooks and should never be allowed to operate amongst decent, honest, hardworking human beings!! I would appreciate any support from those of you who have had similar experiences with these crooked, lying cowards who hide behind a warranty company that could obviously care less about doing good business than making a profit from someone who has little to begin with. Wish me luck at the bank!! Zero Stars!!!!!!! (Had to hit 1 star to post....but 0 it is!!)

Worst communication and customer service EVER. Our daughter's car was taken to Smart Honda for repairs after an accident. They have been a nightmare to deal with for us as customers as well as our insurance company. No one returns calls or multiple emails that were sent to them. Our daughter's Honda has been there for two months with no repairs completed after they cashed a $10,000 check from our insurance for repairs. They also found $4000 in "additional" repairs 6 weeks after initial estimate completed by them. They somehow "missed" a computer system repair. Do not take your car here for any kind of repairs. Horrible, horrible customer service. Update.... I was promised two weeks ago that Paul from the service department would call me... nope. Still waiting for someone to reach out to me. Clearly they don't care about customer satisfaction.
