Kunes was the first place I stopped at to start my car search. Patrick was cordial and answered my questions about the vehicle I purchased. After visiting another place afterwards and taking a test drive, I called Patrick and told him that I would return later that afternoon.
Once I returned to Kunes, I met with A.J. to work up the purchase agreement to buy the vehicle. It was all class from start to finish.

Everyone was so kind and welcoming when I bought the car! Now that I need service not so much! I have had an issue with the key fob since I first bought the car. I made sure I let the salesman Kevin know about the issue. I was assured they would find the spare fob and the would get it programmed. This was in May. A couple weeks later I went and had my back windshield wiper put on they told me they found the fob but I needed to call and make an appointment to get it programmed because it takes an hour. I called and left multiple messages with 0 returned calls. Now it is August and I was having issues with my car not starting at all. I called explained my issue, explained about the key fob and how the salesman was aware and I was told by the service tech it was found. They told me to try and get it jumped and bring it in. It was also time for my 1st oil change so I figured let's knock that out while I am there. So they change my oil and check my car out and told me it was a dirty sensor I just needed to wash my car. I asked about the key fob and they acted like they had no clue what I was talking about. Monday I brought my car back because again it wouldn't start and the tech told me it was a bad key fob to bring it back Wednesday and they would program a new one. My car has not started for 24 hours. I called and let them know it wouldn't start and I couldn't get it there. They have been telling me all day someone will be out to pick it up yet here I am still waiting! I have been extremely nice but now I am upset. This was a flaw since day 1 and the only thing they cared about was the sale! So buyer be ware! You will get great customer service for the purchase but God forbid you need service!

First time visiting kunes it was great ! My Service Advisor Casey Smith provided amazing service. Casey goes above and beyond with exceptional communication skills and positive attitude. He is very punctual with appointments and efficient. He displays strong work ethic. What more could I say Casey is a wonderful asset too kunes service department with utmost respect and professionalism. Thank you Casey, for a job well done!

We love our 2023 Rogue that we purchased at Kunes. We have not been very happy with service department. The work they do seems to be good. However, when we have gone in for simple maintenance appointments we wait for crazy amounts of time. It will take an hour before they even pull our car in. I know this because my phone shows when the car starts.
The first time we didn’t complain but when it happened a second time we decided we would say something when we got one of these reviews.

Your advisors did great but the service team tried to recommend 4 mm brake pads on the front and they were not they were like at 7-8 mm. Other than the lie on the front brake pads it was great.
