Yo if you don't like spiders stay away!!!!!!!!Someone left their spider at this store and the employees can't get it it just lives there now.I have arachnaphobia, I will not EVER come back till I see q picture of that spider either captured or mounted on the wall I'm good. Nope.

I have been going to this GameStop for the past several years. But as of late, this place has certainly degraded in almost everything. The one thing that makes me not want to go to this GameStop is that this place doesn’t have the games that I want. On multiple occasions, I tried to shop for a game only for the store to not have it. This issue really hurts the store and keeps me going to this GameStop. Besides games, they have a neat selection of other merchandise such as shirts, Funko Pops, and more. Overall, I like the shirts and other stuff that they have. But when GameStop doesn’t have games, even though it’s in the name, it really hurts my experience with the store and makes me want to shop for games somewhere else.

Paid for games, it went through with my bank and I showed them in my mobile app but they said their computer froze and it didn’t go through on their end. Now they have almost $300 AND the merchandise they refuse to give me claiming my bank doesn’t know what they are saying and it’ll fall off in 5-7 business days. My bank has it under authorized transactions NOT pending transactions so they said there’s no way it’ll fall off. To say I’m pissed enough to want to never shop here again is an understatement. I’ll use Video Games ETC and Amazon from here on out.
