I needed to rent a car due my husband having surgery out of town at the VA. Reserved the vehicle and called the local store on Kimberly Rd Davenport IA the day before to verify the rental was available and to make sure I understood the deposit and what was needed to rent with a debit card. Was assured everything was fine, BUT the next morning within 6 hrs of picking up the rental and the day before we needed to leave town at 4 am my husband received a call from the local rental that they would not rent to us unless we had a credit card as their policy had changed and they no longer allowed renters to use debit cards, even with the deposit. Of course I called right back and was told the same thing, with no other choice I canceled the reservation. Still angry I called corporate where, while looking for the phone number found the policy that they do indeed allow the use of debit cards. This was on both the local AND corporates website. I requested a call back from the regional manager as I had been using this company to rent multiple times for my business. I called 1/16 to verify rental. Was called 1/17 to be advised they wouldn't take my debit card, called corporate 1/17, 1/18, 1/23 (where I was advised it could take up to 2 weeks for a call back) waited until 1/31, 1/1 and finally 1/8 all WITHOUT a call back from anyone. I wasn't able to use my jeep as we had a cold front come thru the weekend before and the temps caused my radiator to freeze and it was in for repairs. Finally got a car I could borrow but needed to drive an hour to and from the hospital for 3 days while my husband recovered. Crappy service, employees who don't know their policies and management who doesn't care enough to find time in 3 weeks to at least call and apologize for the error on their end. Never again!

I booked a car they said come to pick it up when I got there in an Uber they said they had no cars on the lot and I must be place on a waiting list with over 8 people on line already waiting for theirs it's not all their offices but the majority are this way in Florida they do have what they advertise.

Had to use your service due to a collision and was NOT happy with the service or vehicle I received. When Nate met me at the Collision center, I asked him if the Nissan was an AWD or 4WD vehicle and he said it was. It is winter in Iowa and that was my only specification. The car was given to me with 1/8 tank of gas. I filled it up thinking I'd have it for two weeks. I was able to go to my son's wrestling meet and get home. The next day it snowed and snowed more the next few days. It was made clear ON DAY 2 that this car was NOW awd and I was stuck in snow. Had to be shoveled and pushed out. UNACCEPTABLE. There wasn't even a ton of snow at this point, and I had filled the tank and sat home for 6/7 days until returning the stupid rental car. VERY unhappy with the service and would've had an AWD vehicle had I stuck with Hertz. I should get a reimbursement for minimal usage and the full tank of gas I returned. It's poor customer service to take advantage of a woman and lie about the vehicle you're giving her. They took my credit card number and I BETTER NOT be charged for anything since I didn't use the damn car!!

Horribly ran . Manager Brian was caught lying . Rented a care 2 days before pickup and then an hour before I was supposed to get it a Nate called and said " they had no cars available nothing on there lot bc of the storm and all there vehicles were at the machinic shop." They blamed corprate for not adjusting there sidte. When I asked if another locations had any vehicle's. They said that " all locations were out " so I called around the one on Brady said they lied . When we drove there the lot was full and the truck was there . All burried in the snow. Called them and both the young lady working and the gentleman kept liying saying oh yeah I mean we have cars but booked bc you made it for today. I said no I made it 2 days ago . Then refused to let me talk to manager. Apparently they didn't even put that they canceled the resavation. Apparently this location runs scams be careful

Well I certainly dont rent from enterprise for the customer service lol but my corporate discount saves me a lot so i will continue to rent from enterprise

Had a great experience with Jacob at the west Kimberly location , answered all questions at time of service and answered all questions thru calls at a later time , a friendly guy and will definitely use them again , thank you for your hospitality sir

Nathan and his team did a great job of getting me a very nice vehicle. I was in and out quickly and the pick up and return where very nice and convenient. I had to do after hours drop off and there system for that is seamless.
