I have always liked Casey's pizza in the past so I got a Meat Galore pizza recently. Bad decision. Poorly made pizza. No sauce in the center. I never thought I would complain about TOO MANY toppings! Evidently the pizza makers have no concept of balance. The toppings were haphazardly strewn around the pizza. The ham slices were not separated from each other, but rather they were 5 slice thick chunks. Same goes for the pepperoni. There was more bacon than a breakfast pizza and it was clumped in several places around the perimeter. There was so much cheese that it was barely melted in the center, let alone slightly browned. I ordered it well done, and as you can see because of the overabundance of toppings, it was barely cooked in the middle. Overall, the worst Casey's pizza I have ever had. Never again.

3rd time placed an order 30 min in advance and told 22 min cook time. Arrived and still NOT started making my pizza. I’m usually not a complainer but management needs to know! POOR service 3x!

This place literally never has ready made pizza and the one time I ordered from here an hour in advance I still had to wait 45 minutes after pickup time. This location kinda sucks.

I've always loved Casey's pizza and have been trying to get the bacon breakfast pizza from here while working in the area for the last couple of months. This location seems to have swapped it for an egg breakfast pizza with a few sprinkles off bacon. Looks more like a garnish than a topping. Have to pass on this location for food ..... I just tried again, and it doesn't even look like there's even any bacon on it. Strange how the 1 on Pine doesn't have this issue ?

Casey is one of our favorite pizza but when you try to order online, they don’t have taco pizza if you would please put that back on there so we can do that would be great

For the 3rd time in a row they didn't even start the pizzas until I arrived at the time my order was supposed to be ready. It's junk pizza anyway and you would think they could at least get them cooked on time. Maybe I'll try a different location one day. 5 people in the prep area and just gabbing away doing nothing.

Some employees are very hard working but the store manager schary and the assistant manager Lynn do not treat there employees with respect what so ever, Lynn likes to harass other employees as if they don’t work hard at there job and Schary doesn’t do anything about it she stands their and let’s it happens and likes to ignore her employees and wonder why so many people walk out and quit. The management is terrible at 53rd and division and so is the energy there, the management doesn’t know how to be nice to their employees let alone respect them?‼️

Ordered pizza from their app and when it was delivered I found the pizzas to be under cooked and doughy, called the store and was told it would be another hour to get replacement pizzas, when I showed up to pick up the new pizzas they were again under cooked as I hadn't left yet I went back into the store to ask them to finish baking the pizzas, apparently they took this to mean burn the pizzas and it took almost another hour. I used to really enjoy Casey's pizza, but I'm definitely NEVER ORDERING AGAIN as they have dramatically dropped in quality

Needed coffee and more coffee for da drive and da road!
Stood in line in the check out, an elder gentleman was taking his time, yes a young lady in line too turn around and sorta smile at me, perhaps a silence sign that say, please be patience!
I thank you!
By the time, the young lady got to the cashier, tha cashier look at me and asked, is that (the coffee) all you are getting today?
Yes! I said.
The coffee is on me! He said!
I too, thank you! Once again!

Best Casey’s in town! Clean, restocked and friendly staff. Best pizza! Donuts are always fresh and fast on orders. Save so much with their rewards program.

They do not update thier gas prices regularly. Drove here thinking it was 2.58.... it was 2.86

We've purchased a LOT of fuel from this store in the past. On the most recent visit the pay-at-the-pump display said "see attendant inside". So now I'm waiting in the queue inside behind 4 others. When I finally got to the attendant, he indicated that Hy-Vee fuel saver purchases now required pre-authorization *INSIDE* the store and I needed to tell them the EXACT dollar value of the fuel I intended to buy. I'd intended to use the fuel saver card but hadn't entered it yet. I also didn't know exactly how many fuel saver points we had. A LOT of unnecessary delay. I've contacted Casey's through the store website - we'll see how that turns out.This store also looks like it doesn't get a lot of love.Bottom line if you're looking for a "convenience store", this place falls short. Hopefully enough 1-star reviews might motivate them to get their act together.

I placed on order on the Casey’s app ordering Over Drive Mt Dew, got home and they gave me Live Wire. Called the store to get it exchanged and the guy on the phone said I have to talk to the manager. Just for an exchange? Why then is there no manager at 7 pm? Then hangs up on me. What the….

Called in placed an order. All 4 employees in the kitchen stated they didn't get my order. Didn't even offer a resolution. "We don't have your order, must've been at the other store!" Was an interesting comment considering nothing was looked into. Left the store and of course they had the order ready by the time I was home...
