“I had my first experience with Heather Egger as a sellers agent, a credit union closed its local branch and then denied the buyers financing. Heather was recommended by the former lender who lost their job and she did NOT disappoint. Heather stepped in with less than 2 weeks to take over the clients file and close on the house so there were no hiccups or extensions needed. She delivered exceptional customer service to me, the buyers and the buyers agent and kept us informed every step of the way. Had we had to put the house back on market I don't now if the house would have performed as well as it did the first time around, as the market has shifted in a decline. She truly helped so many families by her performance. 10/10 Highly recommend!”

“Let me start off by saying I am not a Wells Fargo customer- but soon will be!My husband has a Wells Fargo account and we had to come in regularly for a week, or so ,to get things situated for our new home sale. Billie, Tom, and Kayla went out of their way, multiple times, to help us get things situated and give insight on what else we may need while closing on a new home purchase. We will have plenty of Wells Fargo locations closer to our new home but we will come back to this location due to the helpfulness of the employees. They all waved and congratulated us when we went back in and said we are finally done! I have never had more pleasant experiences at a bank before. I am a Wells Fargo fan now and am changing my accounts over soon.”

“I have used American Bank and Trust for 2 different mortgage services and other bank services and found them to be extremely easy to work with and very professional with documentation and contact response. “I did close my account with Wells Fargo because of some corporate policies I disagreed with. I was having some difficulties with closing my account. The Branch Manger Jean and Premier Banker Venicia made my last visit amazing. It is sad to part because my experience with the two of them was amazing. I've never had any issues with the branch personnel but Jean and Venicia were outstanding. They both are incredibly professional and have phenomenal customer service skills. So I give the Branch 4 stars because the people there are outstanding. I'd make it 5 stars but I'm not a fan of all the policies and procedures that corporate has set forth.”
