It was terrible. The room wasn’t what it showed it was and $75 for 1 extra pet is crazy. The Elevator didn’t work and the workers were rude. The only decent thing about it was its pool and even that was mid. It seemed way nicer online. Our thermostat didn’t even work and when you can’t even go through side doors to unload your stuff, why because there’s steps and carts can’t go up steps. The Toilet didn’t flush and there was no hot water. This play is absolutely terrible and sucks.

The hotel room was okay, it was clean on arrival. Staff let us check in early. But the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Could not sleep.The staff was super friendly. And they have a great breakfast selection there.

Honestly this was a really nice hampton inn and the staff were awesome. I left my phone/wallet in my room after checking out and the staff was kind enough to give me a key for me to retrieve it and be able to make my flight on time, another reason i will always choose hilton.

Good, clean Hampton inn, here! Rooms were nice and clean, not over spacious but far from cramped. Breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly. Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the council bluffs area.Rooms: Standard Hampton rooms- very nice and very clean!Nearby activities: Gambling at the casino next door, plus several dining options and a Bass Pro Shop nearby.Safety: The premises seemed quite safe- well lit parking lot.Walkability: Not very walkable to anything but the casino nearby.Food & drinks: Breakfast was very good! Great selection of hot and cold foods, including a donut tray!

Excellent hotel located on the river bank. We stayed here on July 4th. Cool view of the river. You can see fireworks from the window. Very convenient to get to Omaha, NE. 15 minutes to the downtown. The rooms are good, in general, as usual in this hotel. Good breakfast with the usual selection of products. There is a swimming pool and a gym. As always, I recommend this hotel.Rooms: CleanFood & drinks: Good breakfast

Love this Hampton Inn. The staff is so helpful, rooms are clean, there are extras for travelers too. They offer the traditional evening cookie and if you aren't too late, soup at 5. It is so wonderful to have available after travelling all day. We love Council Bluffs Hampton Inn!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The free shuttle is a big plus. The riverfront add walking bridge are nice to visit. The hotel breakfast is really good. Lots of good food options for lunch/dinner near Omaha downtown.

Amber at the front desk was super attentive and caring, and the manager who is named either Jennifer or Jessica (my brain isn't working) was so helpful in dealing with my complicated reservations. The breakfast was super yum and filling, and the location on the river was so cute. And the room was so clean, even the fridge was spotless!!!

My sister and I really enjoyed this hotel. Great breakfast and something different every morning. We spent four nights there. Rooms were clean and nicely appointed. The beds were comfortable . Great shower. There was a long corridor that connected this hotel to the Holiday Inn and then down further to the Ameristar Casino. Would recommend this hotel

The bath tub was clogged with literally long dark black hair.. would not drain! We had to clean the drain or ourselves!I had little kid's to bathe! I took pictures but would rather not put them here.. but I certainly can I am very hygienic and maybe a little bit ocd about germs.. ANYONE would have found that sickening.the room itself was barely clean even the entrance door had something all over it!! So disappointing for a Hampton Inn!!Rooms: Disappointing
