Manny was our salesperson, we were very impressed by his knowledge of the difference in vehicles, on what inventory they have on hand, he answered all our questions and as we are in the elderly population, he was so very polite to the small details, which a lot of people don’t think about, wish there were more like Manny in the workforce, we felt like we made the best decision on a vehicle with his help, thanks Manny!!!!

I bought a certified pre-owned truck on 08/24/24. When I got the truck home, I noticed there were no floor mats, the driver’s side visor was broken, and the front grill will slightly coming off on one left side. I texted my salesman and he said “it didn’t come with floor mats.” I asked if there was a way to order new ones as I figured they would want to make sure any issues would be fixed before selling me the vehicle. My salesman didn’t respond. I went in 09/10/24 to sign the title. While I was there, I had my salesman look at the visor and grill to confirm the issues I mentioned. He said he would talk to his manager to see if they could do anything. He called later to let me know there is nothing they can do for me and to just go to their auto body guys and I would have to pay for it. I left a message for the sales manager and have not had a response. I figured since I caught these issues the day after I took the vehicle home that they would fix those issues as they claimed it was inspected and gone through but I guess that never happened. Do not recommend this dealer. Spend your money elsewhere.

told the dealership exactly what the issue was and that my starter was not working and they told me over and over it was a battery when the omaha location had already told me that wasn’t the issue when i did my finance paperwork Nd that they would need it longer to figure out what was wrong and that it wasnt the battery. but when i brought it to the council bluffs dealership they insisted it was so we let them fix it. 4 hours later my car did the same thing it did when i had dropped it off ti them.
Tyler took the time to get back to me about my situation and it’s getting taking care of.

Car was side to be ready Monday I called Tuesday and asked for an update. Told me they never got to it, my car was ready Wednesday night. Finally got it Thursday morning

First time taking my vehicle to Edwards Ram and the process was very simple. They worked directly with my warranty company getting the repair approved. Scheduled the work and returned my vehicle promptly.

Leased a 2024 jeep compass from Edwards. The experience was great. Everyone was knowledgeable and was easy to work with. From the time of walking into the dealership to purchasing the car the experience was smooth. It only took 2 hours to leave with a new car.
