“Driving through Williamsburg on a road trip and my tire blew out. Called Mike on the phone and he took personal time on a Sunday evening to meet us at the shop to help. He and the owner voluntarily drove around town to look for the right tire. He then called someone who had the tire and went to go pick it up for us while we ate. You can tell this kind of hospitality is one of their hallmarks.
Hard to even put into words how nice these guys were and how much help they gave us on a Sunday afternoon.
If you are driving through Iowa and need anything car/tire related these guys will go out of the way to help you. Truly mind boggling to me how helpful, hospitable, and nice these guys were. Could not recommend these guys more.

My Dad had a tire/mechanic shop and separate full service station in the early 80's and this place, as well as their work ethic reminds me of my Dad's places. Great at communicating as well. I do most of my own work on my vehicles, but when in the area if I need anything further, will certainly get the work done here.”
