My nutritionist at Ekin has help me set realistic expectations. They don’t do diets and she wasn’t pushing supplements on me. She taught me about them and I realized there is definitely a place for supplements when I can’t eat all of the food she’s giving me! Using their body comp scale was a game changer! No guessing on what changed with each appointment, she showed me. It’s not the weight, it’s the muscle I gained and fat I lost! I love how we can change my goals based on the training phase I am and my nutritionist holds me accountable to those goals .
