I take all of my vehicles to Westside Tire including my company van , I have never had any issues with thier service or the people that work there , I would recommend them to anyone who asked and most all of my family and alot of my friends take thier vehicles to them and I've never heard them complain.

I took my Jeep in recently and there were several things that I was a little upset with and had to pay to get fixed.
1. I asked them if they could make sure the Jeep is turned off and not in acc as it does happen. My battery had been ran dead and recharged, I know this cause the cables were loose, the red protector was off, and I had to reload all my radio settings.
2. They adjusted my seat which is electric and can’t go back, it only goes one way, I had to have someone get under my seat and manual turn it back to position.
3. They tried to roll down my drivers window which is broke and they left it down. I had to have someone open my door and move it back up.
4. Since they killed my battery it effected my throttle position sensor, I had to have someone fix that.
Also, the final thing was I called a few days later and asked if they could get me in for u-joints, I had not mentioned any of the above cause I had them already fixed. The lady said we dont have a mechanic, I asked how long have you been without one? Considering I just got work done I thought they just quit, she said over a year ago. I said okay and then called another place to get me in. I told my bf this and he called and asked for work on his car instead and the same person said yes let me pass you over to one of the guys.

Polite, let you know the cost ahead of time and stand behind their work. Only place I have work on my vehicles.

Immediate quotes, met my needs, bought assurance all season from sales person 50RH. He was polite and knowledgeable of the tire products. Found my repair spot there. Will be there in the near future again THANKS
