it is never a quick easy process to get a new phone. but tim made sure we knew what we were getting, he made sure we got the best deals, and helped make the experience so much better than it could have been

If I could give less than one star I would. I added a new line and new phone, based on a promo. The promo was not applied on my bill, so I went back to the store. Store manager was rude, smug, and told me the promo I was promised never existed. He was either lying or incompetent or both. I called My Verizon, they explained the promo does exist and explained the store had screwed me out of hundreds of dollars on a separate, recent transaction as well. I will never step foot in that Blairs Ferry Rd store again.

The employees, male and female, we're so obviously disinterested in my issue and they sent me around the corner to talk to another cell phone store. I found out that i needed to update my I Pad. They had no one in the store and could have easily suggested that to me.... but, no. If you're looking for even a minimal effort to service... go elsewhere!

If I could give less I would. We switched services before going on vacation. We were trading in 2 phones, needing an additional trade in and setting up a total of 5 lines. We were promised cheaper bill, $1000 toward previous bill and free phones for the 2 trade ins among other things. NEVER HAPPENED!! Here we are over a year later trying to contact this guy nonstop and he "hasn't spoken with his manager yet". It took over 4 hours to set up new service as he had to physically do this more than 3 or 4 times because the iPad kept crashing. We were leaving for vacation and were told to do the trade in when we got back. They refuse to take these phones and have been paying a bill $100 over our old one each month. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. Do NOT use this company. This is not a direct Verizon, it is an affiliate although we have not had any better luck with Verizon themselves. We plan to go back to US Cellular.

We were adding a phone to a prepaid account. Steven guided us through the process and especially when a representative for Straight Talk Lied to US and claimed we had to buy more minutes from them in order to switch our phone. I’m glad Steven was there so we didn’t do that.Overall I was very happy with this store and the associate who helped us!

New ownership has some rides posted some rides NOT, in regard to who qualifies to ride. Most rides have extremely safe lock-in systems that are high across riders' fronts, as in up to and including riders' top ribline. And yet, rides I used to ride multiple times--I am no longer allowed to ride, nor can I the newer rides, because I don't have two knees. I actually have a left leg and right arm, but as I said, I have ridden ALL the older coasters and the (now closed) water ride year after year. (IT'S NOT LIKE I HAVE NO BRAIN AND HAVE ABANDONED MY WISH TO BE SAFE). I have treated my son, daughter, grand girls and their spouses to a trip to Adventureland & water park for at least 12 years. This year (and last) I sat in the sun in sparce shade for at least two hours waiting for my family (the grands are both now tall enough) to wait in the long lines & ride only two (2!) of the rides. I not only missed out on the fun of the rides but also all the conversations and laughter that happened. I didn't get a prorated ticket price for at least 7 (best) rides I am not allowed to ride. I basically can only ride the ferriswheel, the teacups (CLOSED that day), and the bumper cars.? For years, I have understood and accepted that I don't benefit from the slides in the Waterpark without any fee reduction, but this is just WRONG. Perhaps the management has not given any thought to offering a ticket fee reduction, OR offering FREE (as opposed to charging $60 a person!) speedy entry to families of persons with disabilities that cannot ride so our WAIT is not ridiculously frustrating, hot, and lonely--and family members don't have to feel guilty for having fun! I hope management actually considers my suggestions and that someone assigned to responding doesn't write, "Please IM us . . . Blah, blah, blah. " You now know the problem, as does the public. Please just IM your bosses, because I have nothing more to say. I have informed the parks in Waterloo and elsewhere. We will be continuing our longtanding family tradition at Adventureland next year IF this is satisfactorily addressed, otherwise we'll skip it and find a new place that truly is family friendly for families of all kinds. Thank you.

Very disappointed in my service with sales rep Tim W. I was misinformed of pricing and lied to about the service. He added on perks and accessories with no mention that it would be extra or if I even had a choice not to choose them. I went into the store the very next day to return items and cancel plan and was informed that I needed a supervisor to return items. (Which was unavailable for the next 4 days. I went into the store 5 times with no help to resolve issue.) He was very unapologetic and actually annoyed that I wanted to cancel. This went on for 4 days before I was able to connect customer care and finally they were able to help. Out of $600 I'm only being refunded $60! Do to his misleading information.

Please don’t go here victra is garbage, people working have no clue what they are doing, ended up with no service on phone for 10 days and still no response on any of it, they messed up and wasted so much time. Save yourself the trouble and go to the Verizon store instead where people know what they are doing.
