Jim Zachar was the best agent I've ever worked with. He was recommended to me by a friend that he helped out in town, and I will be happy to do the same for anyone shopping in the area. He was very attentive to our needs when both buying AND selling our home. I wouldn't have had any other agent with us for every step of the way, and he even reached out to check up on us during the derecho and for every hurdle we faced as new homeowners. I cannot recommend Jim highly enough, 11/10 service, diligence, and pride in his profession. He set the bar for us for every real estate experience we will have in the future!

Jim and the SoldByJZ team are amazing. I could not be more pleased with my experience and outcome. Their communication and organization were incredible. From helping me figure out what needed to be done to sell my old home, to handing me the keys of my new home, they were clear, transparent, friendly and professional.
