“Phillip was extremely knowledgeable in the shoes that we were specifically asking about. As we were trying them on and adjusting straps to fit he offered for us to sit down so he could do it for us! The store didn’t have the specific size we were looking for which was a bummer but we still left with a smile on our faces! It was full service experience that we have not had in a very long time! Outstanding customer service!”
“I went in to red wing today to find a pair of hunting boots and then we got to talking about work boots.. Tabatha was great and she sold me on the pair of red wings that she has. I appreciate her taking her time explaining everything to me about my feet when she did the scans. I will be back to pick up my boots that she put on hold for me. I will definitely be back to get both pairs of boots soon. She is very sweet and caring thank you again tabatha ❤️”
“Typically would rather go to a small local western store but had some great help from Brenda and Dillon. I wasn’t happy with how the hat reshaping had turned out from another employee but they jumped in and had it looking great and we’re more then willing to help me with some other things I needed there as well. I believe both had help me in the past and both had great customer service then as well!”

“Very nice store on Collins!! Got a new pair of tennis shoes on a Saturday night! They weren’t busy which I was surprised. They had a nice selection. A bit more expensive but you have a wide variety of shoes to pick from. I could’ve spent all day finding shoes that I would’ve been stuck to choose from. A better selection than like Walmart or Target by all means. Friendly employees also! Will be back for my next pair of shoes whether if they will be for work or for casual events!”

“the store is amazing not only is the shoe selection is not only for adults and teens but for toddlers as well. the customer service is amazing everyone there is so helpful and nice and is super easy to find the shoes you need. i recommend this store for anyone looking for new shoes for any age. My best customer service has been from Vinnie or Jerris two people who work there. They are so amazing at greeting people when they come in. I've never had a bad experience. I've always been able to go in and find what I was looking for the store is neat and well picked up I 10/10 recommended going to foot locker over any other shoe store”

“After going to 2 other stores that didn’t have the shoes I needed (seriously how are you even a shoe store without nikes…?) I came here and the gentleman was extremely helpful. Granted he was a bit overly caffeinated but he did tell me he was just back from a two week paid mental health break after a few devastating events happened. Are you serious?
