Food was good. I did a mobile order to pick up at the drive thru, but when I got to the drive thru they said I had to go inside. The lady wasn't very nice about it either.

Everyone seems so angry in this place. Dont want that energy love my food. This guys in the kitchen are always tryna shine light on everyone. Thats the only thing that saves them and that the food is good.

the second time iv gone where staff has been extremely rude. while ordering i was interrupted several times and the woman just assumed i wanted things i didn't want and added them to my order, the food came out completely wrong and they wouldn't allow me to make two separate orders so i had to go through the drive through twice> i will not be returning to this location.

Food was good, but waited forever for it. When food was finally brought out, no dipping sauces were included (which we had requested) for the chicken strips, and no eating utensils for our mac and cheese.

We walked in and ordered a four piece chicken combo meal cajun fries and a drink. We also ordered spicy chicken sandwich with coleslaw and a drink. I asked for two chicken breasts and two chicken wings for my four piece. She wanted to charge me an extra dollar fifty for the extra breast. This was an excess of that extra money that I was paying for the extra piece. I decided to take a two piece to avoid paying that extra dollar fifty. When we sat down to eat we noticed that the coleslaw I was spoiled we brought it to the attention of the staff and they asked if we would like to substitute it for something else. We suggested mac and cheese only there was a $0.75 up charge for that. This is already after we're dissatisfied. To solve this situation we elected to take some fries. So they gave us the fries and gave us a fruit pie which I would say probably cost about a dollar. So they won't make the customer happy with the mac and cheese but they will make them unhappy with a pie that cost more money.

The new Mac & Cheese is absolutely great! Possibly the best mac & cheese I've ever tasted from a fast food place or, for that matter, even a sit down restaurant.

Love love love this place. Employees were amazing, happy and friendly. Food was perfect, hot and crispy. Very impressed with the cleanliness of the store, everything wiped down with attention to detail. Noone stood around Employees were always working. Kudos to you.

Customer service here is the best at any restaurant I have been to in a long time. Good was made hot and fresh, can never go wrong with spicy chicken!

Great customer service skills!!! Although the order wasn't ready when I got there the team used there problem solving skills, made sure the order was perfect! Over all I had a great experience thank you Blears ferry popeyes?

Sat in a line of 4 cars for 20 minutes so we backed out & left along with 3 other cars! We were craving their yummy chicken sandwiches but went to the Eggroll house instead!
