Likely understaffed though there seemed to be a bunch of people behind the office walls. You almost have to block off 40 minutes just to pick up a car at your scheduled time. There were people in line waiting with no one at the desk. Once I got to the front of the line, the gal had the key and little iPad thing to go over the rental but then she stood at the counter answering the phones for 5-6 callers until someone finally came out from the back to finish giving me the car. I overheard another customer asking how much longer this would take for her to get her rental as well because she needed to get to an appt. Just make sure you have plenty of time to kill when you pick up a car.

I can't recommend this particular Enterprise to anyone. I am seriously disappointed with how they conduct business. Don't reserve a vehicle online for this location, you won't get what you reserve. And then they will decide on what vehicle they are going to put you in,on what you drove up in. That's pretty bad business in my book.

A delightful experience!!! From Terrance, who picked me up, John who took care of the paperwork and Jesus who went through the workings of the car. I'm not sure I've ever been treated with so much misrespect and kindness in a retail setting. Thanks to you all!

We have always used this location for our rental needs, always recommended them to family and friends. Not anymore. We had reserved a full size vehicle a few days in advance, got a call to confirm the vehicle and payment method everything was set. Pick up day comes we were given a dodge journey we called customer service as the location was already closed and we were told that in fact that vehicle is not a full size. Our trip was limited as the space was very uncomfortable we couldn’t buy nothing to bring back because there was no room whatsoever. Called and spoke to a employee who stated they would refund a additional $100 on top of our $300 deposit (that didn’t happen) for the inconvenience and that we could stop at a location along our trip had no luck at all. Return day we dropped off earlier than we planned and gave them a call to make sure they got the keys from the drop box. Told a employee our issues and he wanted to act some sort of way and say “the dodge journey is the largest vehicle you can get with a debit card” sorry but why confirm the size of vehicle and PAYMENT METHOD and NOT SAY ANYTHING when confirming???? Let alone that was NOT mentioned during pick up either! After I told him that it was not brought up not once that the payment method would affect the vehicle size he wanted to say sorry for the miscommunication, I brought up what the other employee told me about the extra $100 and all he said was he will have to see what they can do and that was all. Sorry but the employees from a few months back were so much more better at their job compared to the ones working this location now.

Reserved a car at noon. Called at 4:30 to confirm and first to be told by some male that he couldn’t find my reservation. He was either high or distracted because his responses had about a 10-15 second delay. He finally told me I had to get my confirmation number. I called back with it to be greeted by a female this time. Gave her my confirmation number to be told she needs to check with her manager and to be put on hold and then comes back to tell me they don’t have anything and to check back tomorrow. No calls or emails or anything.

If I could give zero stars, I would.I had reserved a minivan far in advance. The day before the event I get a call saying “Sorry, we no longer have a minivan. We can’t do anything for you.”Then I get a call saying “You know what, actually we can guarantee you a minivan, since you only need it for one day 100% guarantee. You will have a minivan.”The day of the trip we show up to pick up the minivan and they say “oh sorry we don’t have any. You are out of luck.”Extremely disappointed with the service. Extremely disappointed with enterprise.

We rent from this Enterprise location 99% of the time and are always impressed with the friendliness, professionalism, and attention to detail of their customer service. Normally we check the vehicle thoroughly before we return but last time I left a hat on accident and called to see if it was found. Sure enough, they kept it in lost in found for over a week. Highly recommend renting from here if you ever need!

I needed a rental car while my car was repaired following being rear ended. Enterprise on Dodge Road was amazing! This was my first time ever renting a car. Everyone was very friendly and so helpful! They were very accommodating and found me the right car to fit all our car seats. I was very happy with the 2023 Chrysler Pacifica I rented! It was very clean, comfortable, and got amazing gas mileage. The whole process went so easily and smoothly! The return process was so easy once my car was fixed. I will definitely be choosing Enterprise next time I need a rental car!

The Iowa City location is great! No dilly dally when showing up… No hard sell on the insurance thing. I needed to extend the rental because our car is sick and the part isn’t available in the US, adjusting was as easy as you could have hoped for.We always use enterprise…

I would like to give my families appreciation for the helpers that made our vacation possible. Thanks to Ryan Thomas and his coworkers John Akers, Nolan Melchert, and Dom Fox for all there great customer service and I highly recommend Enterprise 1800 Dodge Rd NE Cedar Rapids, IA 52402 for all your vacation, business or just get away needs They are all very amazing. They brought a van the size I needed and the amenities were amazing no problems at all smooth travel. Thanks again to all of you at Enterprise and we will be back whenever we travel ☺️.

We had car wreck on 8-25-23. I just wanted to give a big shout out for the Gentlemen who helped us that day by giving us a ride from the tow yard to your headquarters in Cedar Rapids. I'm sorry I can't remember his name, but he was super nice & very helpful to us in our time of need. If anybody needed to rent a car you would be smart to contact Enterprise. They go above & beyond to help. Thank you again.
