“I dont know why but the Egg Rolls at the Kwik Star on Center Point, best egg rolls ive ever had in my life tonight. Ive had them there before, they never tasted this good. My gf agreed. They have like a flame broiled taste to'em you might get at Burger King. Its different in an amazing way.I almost want to call a manager and be like "I dont know what you all did different tonight with the egg rolls but you need to keep doing it, please." So good. I almost had a mind to drive back just to get another one.”

“This "review" is more for me to speak to the staff than an actual review because I have ADHD, anxiety, depression, and (a high likelihood of) autism, so directly speaking about this , or even calling myself out, in person makes me very uncomfortable (because it should). To some of the employees there, I apologize for checking y'all out. I recognize it would potentially make y'all uncomfortable and is (more or less) a violation of personal boundaries, so for that I am also sorry (which I don't know why it has not sunk into my thick skull by now). And anybody else who thinks they can go there and do that needs to be called out in that moment (myself included [especially me]) because it is not appropriate for complete strangers to do that in that setting. Time and place is important, y'all! (Again, reality check, I need to do better; I'm sorry)”

“I’m now back in my home state of Iowa after living in Dallas, Texas for 9 years. I was not familiar with Kwik Star u til a couple of months ago. The stores are immaculately clean and well-stocked. Great food items to choose from and anything you need to grab quickly. The employees are so nice and professional. I’m impressed!”

“I went to Walgreens at about 5:00 p.m.. There were no customers in line when I went inside. I told an associate I was there to pick up something from FedEx. They directed me to the photo area and said that person could help me with it. At the photo desk, I told the person I was here to get something from FedEx. They gave me a deer-in- the-headlights look and stumbled around for a minute. Another person approached and walked them through the process. I had another item to purchase and took that to the cash register where the cashier talked to me and made the transaction but didn't look me in the eye once. I don't recommend that store if you're looking for a personable shopping experience. Aside from that, it seems like a well-lit, clean, well maintained Walgreens.”

“My fiancé and I just came to this location on our way to Dubuque and I just have to say 10/10. They had an incredibly disrespectful man who was worried about a refund for $10 from the car wash. He was sitting there for a couple minutes yelling and being very dramatic. The employees don’t deserve that so good for them for handling everything and still taking care of other customers! The girl ringing us out definitely deserves a raise”

“I have yet to step into a Kwik Shop or Kwik Star that I didn't love. The stores are always clean, neat and tidy and the staff are well trained and courteous. There really isnt anything that you cant find at this store. Hot grab and go foods, take and make meals and pizza, drinks (soda, energy drinks, wine and spirits) are all fully stocked, baked goods, and more. This is the perfect store if you just need a few staple items or happened to run out of butter when you were baking. I truly cannot recommend this store more and I am SO excited that I finally got one just down the street from me on 42nd!”
