I worked with Carter and he was so nice. He took the time to work with me and set up my new phone. Even talked me into a new case. I usually get them on Amazon but he showed me a couple options an I ended up getting one. 5 star customer service.

They are unable to cancel a line and update my account in the store. I was told to call the 611 number. Doing business in person is standard-but not here.

I was very pleased for the service from the sales associate. I called in with questions about switching over she advised me to come in. As I walked in she assisted me. She informed me about all the benefits as well as the current promotions and was very detailed about everything. She also listened to me about my frustrations with my previous provider. Assured me there wouldn’t be any hidden fees and the amount I would save by doing the switch I was amazed. I would recommend Tiffany to every new customer.

Employees do not know the information to tell a customer about their products, got incorrect information and also the manager gave us misleading information. Will not go back to this location until they have better Employees and Management

By far the slowest store in the cedar Rapids area every visit is 2+ hours for everything. The staff seems to be a little lazy. Definitely wish someone would have warned me ahead of time.

It has taken over a week and almost daily visits to still not have our services, that have paid for working correctly or in the case of our internet at all. We've spent close to $600 for trash service, a rep that continually lied to us and overall terrible and unprofessional service. If I could give no stars I would. I'm still thinking about returning all products and demanding and full refund. The messed up part is that if I decide to do that these people honestly think I'm going to pay a $55 restocking fee.....someone's lost their mind.

Take me 3 hour just to upgrade a phone. The manager Tiffany M. I don't think she knows what she doing. Come on 3hours to upgrade a phone seriously amd she wasn't nice either FYI.

workers are lazy they did not really want to help they told me that I had to call customer service and I had to get a whole new SIM card even though I had a brand new SIM card in the phone all I wanted to do was transfer a old phone number to a new phone and they was no help to me at all

As a previous reviewer mentioned. George is an outstanding representative of AT&T. He was knowledgeable for both iPhone and Android. He is beyond doubt the best representative at a phone store I have ever met. Professional, courteous, and effective. I was not impressed with the NE store so came here even though it was on the other side of town. Well worth the drive

Man, George was excellent to work with. I have never had an easier experience getting a new phone or getting my info switched over. He was knowledgable, professional, and easy to work with. I'll be going to the SW location as long as he's working there.

They aren't open when they say they're open. We were here 11:30 AM on a Saturday, store was locked and closed. This is the second time we stopped during store hours with it being closed. Both times no sign saying why. Store hours indicated 10-7. Do not waste your time going to this store.

Very bad experience when signing up. Should have gone with paying a month in advance. Was told that it would be better with a plan. Also told we could get two iPhones for the price of one. Not true. It was an installment plan for both of them and now I can't get out of the plan without paying way more. My iPhone is broke so I am paying for a broken phone I can't use and a cheapo phone and plan from another carrier so I have a usable phone. There are additional charges for everything. If you are thinking of changing to AT&T, I would advise you to stay far away!
