Drew was our sales consultant, he did a great job explaining the vehicle and very personable. Even though we came towards the end of the business day, the team stayed late to complete all the necessary paperwork and get us on our way. They are a top notch dealership, I highly recommend them.

Do not purchase a vehicle from this place. They conveniently sold me a vehicle (cash) whete the title was not available at time of purchase. Turns out the vehicle had been salvaged and is now under a rebuilt title and a fair retail price was approximately 1/2 of what was paid. Salesman and business declined to try and make it right, but had the courage to let me know they would help me sale the vehicle. Avoid this place for you vehicle needs.

Noticed plastic piece was hanging off my car on a Friday at 4:15 called and spoke with service manager got us in and got us back on the road.

I bought an 09 Town car and needed the door passcode retrieved. The service department quoted me a price of $67. When I showed up I asked if they could disable the easy entry/exit option on the driver's seat. They did both and charged only $58. Plus they showed me a few other things and took the extra time to do it right, things like this, I APPRECIATE. Thanks service team, and thanks to the big guy with the red beard--- GREAT GUY!I'll be back!

The parts counter sucks. The techs don't know anything. Half of them can't do a oil change right. I wouldn't recommend this place if it was the last dealership in town.

Champion told me my battery was fine. After my car died for the third time, I took it to another place and they tested my battery. They told me it was bad and replaced it within 20 minutes. I’ve had no problems since. Champion charged me to say nothing was wrong with the battery, when it was bad.
