As I look at the reviews they are mostly left before Keystone was bought by current owner. I bought a hot tub in May 2022. Was having issues of no flo. Trouble started in November 2022. I believe the new owner got rid of most former workers of Keystone. The new hot tub repair person was very unprofessional. Repeatedly telling me it's my filters. May 2023 he had put new heater in but that wasn't the problem. I called him on few Fridays and told him it's not working as he couldn't trouble shoot as long as it's working. He failed to come over when it wasn't working. I ended up getting ahold of higher ups at tub manufacturer. Keystone's repair person does not understand the frogease system which I have as he was more worried about my chemistry than my tub not working. As long as tub not working chemicals are not gonna circulate. The repair person would not even lister to technician at Kent Technology that manufacturers the frogease system. Needless to say I trouble shooted with tub manufacturer and replaced the pump myself. If the repair person was working there when I was looking at tubs I would have left as I knew him from school. So I researched my system. Read my manual, repair person comes here with his boss, looks at my chemicals, filters and take water sample. Repair person asks (remind you he's been working on these for years) why I'm not using tablets. I told him that you don't use in this system which his boss agreed. They wanted to go over results of water sample with me. Said total chlorine was high. With new smartchlor cartridge it's gonna be high. When I asked why he asked why I wasn't using tablets he never did answer. So 1 year and 5 months I got manufacturer to send me new pump and seems to be working fine. Manufacturer is going out of their way to make it right. Keystone didn't seem to care repair person wanted to pass blame to me. I will never step into Keystone nor would I recommend them.

The guy who says he can work on hot tubs don't know what he's doing! Took us over a year to get our new hot tub fixed! And that's cause we dealt with a manufacturer tech on phone!!!! This has been the worst experience ever! Worst customer service!The guy claims he knows it all and doesn't know anything about hot tubs!!!

Excellent experience working with Keystone on several projects in our new home. We worked with Julie and she did a great job of walking us through the process, providing options without being pushy and keeping us informed of delivery and installation timelines. Would highly recommend using them!

Shopping for bath vanity and sink top. Working with Bailey G. Who is very nice and knows her product lines. Very efficient on the computer program showing me options. Definitely not the same Keystone when you walk in and is very open atmosphere with many hot tubs, and some kitchen and bath displays.

Excellent customer service! The team at Keystone was extremely helpful and professional. We are very pleased with our new hottub. We also purchased cabinets, a sink, and a vanity from them several years ago which we have been very happy with. Highly recommend Keystone!
