I haven’t owned my car for a year and have had to replace wheel hubs, sensors, several fuses, the AC cluster, the starter and now the fly wheel has gone out. They take advantage of those who can’t afford a traditional car loan by advertising to them then selling cars with several defects without disclosure.

I have had several awful conversations with Anna, but today was the icing on the cake. She was so unprofessional and rude. After coming off of maternity earlier this year, I started to fall behind on my car note, she basically told me it was my fault I had a baby and I should have prevented from having him. I have never been so furious, for her to bring my four month old into a business conversation was uncalled for
