My wife and I came into hobby lobby today around 11:30 am. We decided to see what we could find while shopping after my appointment. There was a guy in a dress shirt with a hobby lobby lanyard just staring at us as we walk in. I say hi as he is just still staring at us. Two more associates walk by us moments later more in tune with their conversation instead of greeting us. I have been in customer service for years and years different jobs and careers but the sentiment was the same on all customer service levels. I came in again to pick up an additional item for my wife a little bit later. There were no greeters, no smiling faces asking if they can help find anything. I look over and two associates talking amongst themselves. So at the end of the day today, my wife thinks of an item so I went and got it, I’m thinking oh maybe a different crew maybe they will be friendly. No, 3 times I have been in here today and am appalled at your level of customer service, your inability to be sure to make sure customers are greeted and attended to. I will not be back!!

Best hobby lobby ever i was looking for roblox action figures for three hours yesterday looking for them walmart not target and not another walmart my last thing to guess where there at 3 workers helped my grandma find them for me five stars no questions asked

Lots of artwork and home decor, but not alot of craft/diy materials. Staff is not friendly nor helpful. Prices for some items were very high and can be found elsewhere at reasonable prices and why I won't be back. There is nothing this store offers that welcomes me to be a repeat customer.

Service was excellent. Christmas decorations ? were plentiful. Displays were awesome, and the isles were neat and tidy. Staff available to help locate items if necessary. ?
