I was super excited. They had me unloaded in about 10 minutes and then 2 hours later. My light is still red but I know I'm unloaded. The saddest part is is there was 12 pallets. How hard is it to count that?

Has pre-staging/ overnight parking. Got checked in and a dock 2 quick. 2 hours before my appointment, whoever, the unloading process it’s SLOW!!! Extremely slow. I would say, take a nap, but you have to watch the lights.

They got me into a door pretty quick, but they're taking way too long to unload. I've been sitting here 4½ hours and I'm loaded with one flavor of ice cream from one brand . I could have unloaded this by hand faster than they are.

YES THERE IS OVERNIGHT PARKING!!!....6am appointment....got called at 4am and was in a door by 4:15am.....call and check in when you arrive even if your appointment is the next day so they can check you in!!!!!

I was given the address off PDI PL. The correct address is 3810 SE Delaware Ave. The entrance is HyVee.

Very slow unloading. There is a staging area which is good. But the guys inside unloading or loading are very slow every time I come here. Apparently they count every cases on the pallet as they unload. But, they should unload all and let the driver go to catch up with their next load instead of unlaoding and counting 1 pallet at a time! Management need to consider drivers time constraints. Otherwise there is more than enough room to back ay the door. Nothing negative about them except time consuming.

Plenty spaces for staging. Call number posted to check in. Early am unload they are by appointment. Bring license to security booth if you walk to check in bathroom at the security booth. Simple instructions to doors. About a hour once backed to door for 17 pallets

Checked in the day before for a 0700 frozen appt. Called at 0430 to the door, full frozen load empty and headed out the gate by 0630.

nice staging area. got in and out fairly quickly with no issues. a little bit tight on the dock I was assigned but not bad. wouldn't mind coming back.
