Went in today to get my documents notarized FOR FREE. Booking an appointment over the phone was quick and hassle-free. Both the operator on the phone and the bank officials made sure I was taken care of. Was in and out in no time. Note: I'm not an account holder at Wells Fargo.

Every time I come here I feel special. Whether they are changing bank policies or just asking about my day, they keep me informed about my services and are very sincere about conversations. Sidney is particularly very nice and makes me feel like we're friends catching up on life.

If I had a time machine I'd go back and tell my younger self to avoid banking at Wells Fargo. They refused to block anticipated future fraudulent withdrawals from a website that had already sent 10+ un-authorized withdrawals so I pulled all my money out and closed the account. They paid the same website 3 more times the following month (from the CLOSED account) to the tune of over $500, then reported me to checksystems when I refused to pay them for their error. I couldn't get a decent bank account for a decade because of this nonsense.

All the bankers sit at their desks and don't offer help. Went to get a new debit card and the bankers kept saying we will be with you shortly. I was the only customer at the time. No excuse for why I sat for 15+ minutes.

Does not trust new customers, I have not been given the option to deposit money through ATM. It gets really frustrating if you want to deposit money after their closing hours.
