This location is so unprofessional from the receptionists double booking appointments to the professionals themselves...talking out loud about how much a person owes the IRS, snarky comments about other professionals and other clients..this location needs to train their receptionists on how to do their job and train their "professionals" on being professional.

I have used H and R Block for years at the same location. My Tax Pro, Ruth Wells, is absolutely wonderful. Very personable, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. She is a true professional.

Couldn’t fully explain details of complications with my tax return, then made an appointment with me that I took off work to make, only for the person I was meeting with to not be there. They gave me envelopes to send my taxes in with and I never got a return. Definitely not worth $200. Go somewhere else.
